I have been trying to integrate this app for weeks now. Shopify says its a twitter issue and twitter has no way to contact anyone to help you.
This app does not work. I downloaded the PDF and followed all of the instructions and still does not work. I am just going to call it a day and just give up on this. Does not go beyond the authorization process. Very dissapointed.
Easy to navigate, quick, simple and efficient. Shop was easy to set up and items were easy to add. Well done
i couldnt even add products. i did not want to maually add products so i chose connect to partner and it just sends me back to shopify its a pointless cycle

Once you connected your account with Twitter, your products should be automatically synced. There is no need to go back to Shopify, and you can continue to stay in Shopping Manager (https://ads.twitter.com/shopping_manager), see all of your products on the "All Products" tab, and follow this instruction (https://twitter.app.box.com/s/w19e6hh1aylyo3j4rdal8vygnq8x6vvv),page 8-10, to create a product set and publish a storefront.

I'm an owner of an online lifestyle apparel brand and Twitter is our largest social presence so far. The value I have seen in less than 3 months of using the Twitter Shopping platform is one of the most powerful tools I have for my business. I have already seen consistent updates and improvements which is so rare in today's world of technology. I can't wait to see what is in store over the next 12 months for this platform. Highly recommend it for anyone considering using it.
Twitter doesn't support this thing. Just spins and spins when you try and authorize app access to your Shopify account. Shopify has no desire to support it either. Absolute garbage.
Reached out to help and nobody can figure out how to make this work for me. I'm going in circles. Account is connected but no products so go to products, Shopify and it takes me to the app that says I'm connected then back to the page where I need to add products. Again, click on Partner Connection and go to the app store where it says I'm connected and ... getting nowhere.
Very pleased to see Twitter finally joining the Shopify E-commerce train! I've wanted to stray from facebook to Twitter more and I'm glad this is finally happening! Digging into this release I am not seeing any functionality with ads/marketing? Would this be a feature soon? Would very much hope so. Looking forward to see what the Dev team at Twitter can do now that this platform is here & the company has different leadership now
Horrible. Stuck in a loop that keeps asking us to install the app. app is and has been installed but still the loop. Not recommended at all.

Thank you for reaching out! We checked your account and saw all of your products were automatically synced and can be found via the “All Products” tab in Twitter Shopping Manager (https://ads.twitter.com/shopping_manager).
We noticed your products have "unavailable" status due to image size compatibility issue. Please refer to the “image_link” section of our product specs guide (https://business.twitter.com/en/help/shopping-specs.html) and ensure that your product image links meet all of the following requirements:
- All images must be in JPG, GIF, WEBP, or PNG format.
- The minimum image size is 500 x 500 px.
- The maximum image file size is 5 MB.

HORRIBLE APP. No one to offer support, not from twitter, not from Shopify, they literally blame it on eachother. Infact none of shopify sales channels actually work properly, twitter is the worst because it doent even connect so no way to give a rating
