Very disappointed with this app as it had a lot of potential. We had a 50 dollar order with them that failed to send to Xcatalog which Shopify notified me via email. Order never showed up on their backend dashboard after multiple attempts to fulfill either. The 24/7 live chat doesn't work and when I did get in touch once, I was told they could try to push it out via an invoice as they had a bug with their system. Which is probably why a large majority of the time the application was coming up as unsupported with shopify. Tried contacting live chat multiple times and succeeded only once. Finally emailed there support team directly with a similar response as I uploaded our order to them once again. Then received crickets on our end. Costing us a sale and wasting not only our time but our customers. Not only that but their re-pricing system doesn't even sync to shopify either. Uninstalled and hope they can get their act together over there as it's a mess of a platform at this time.

It was great experience of using it for US dropshipping. UI is very easy to use and works very smoothly with the store.

Alright right back at it. A lot of issues in the get go but it seems to be running pretty smoothly now. They have been busy making tons of updates and it is worth the wait. I truly like this app., and everyone such at the developers putting it all together. The issues are little and the kinks can be worked out. That being said I like everything about this company. They work hard and they due try to help you as soon as possible.

This app is so beautiful, please don’t give on this app. This is very needed. I just found this app today. The products and photos are so updated and I love that. The products are so amazing!!!!

Hesitant at first, I tried this app and was surprised. Took me some time to get use to the site but is easy to get around after once. Good list of products, categorised well and fast shipping is exactly what I need. Keep up the good work.

I dont really recommend this app, the prices are ridiculous!! I ship within Canada, so the currency conversion gives a sky high price for every product, who would pay more than $60 for a sweater, and a very simple one? No one! A pair of leggings comes to more than $40! It's too bad, I wanted to like this app, but the ridiculous prices are a big No, No for me!

EDIT::: I wanted to give this a second chance, BIG MISTAKE, THESE PEOPLE ARE DAMN RUDE!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, ITS THE WORST ONE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.... VERY HIGH PRICES AND TERRIBLE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

There are over 70,000 items on our our platform, some are high priced and others are lower priced, items would definitely have a higher price in CAD as they are originally in USD. There are leggings under $30USD available as well on our platform, with over 30,000 handpicked items from the USA alone, you simply had to check. Its easy to miss all these since you installed our app for only a few hours.

Edit: Our customer support team spent hours answering all your questions, and without even using the app, you abruptly uninstalled the app and left a bad review about product pricing. Two weeks later you reinstalled our app with a list of the same questions we had spent hours answering in the same support thread, and once again without even connecting your store or using the app, you leave another inflammatory review. Since you never used the app, we are not even able to address or understand your concerns.
