Works as intended. Nice app for generating invoices in Smartbill from Shopify. Customer support is good!

Great support. Respond quickly. They fixed a bug I mentioned and added a feature. I recommend using this app.

Best customer support in this whole app, and also very simple to use and practical app.

The worst support ever. Even if my credentials are valid and copied and pasted from the email they don't work. Also, the exact same data worked on the billing service website, but not inside xConnector. After I openend the support chat and telling to the "tech guy" that I have an error, he/she replied to me after 1 hour, telling me that the credentials are not valid...

The app is great and has 5-star Customer Service. Cristina was fabulous! Thank you!

We are using the app on 2 shopify stores and workes perfect. Lots of settings and option.

We even had a special situation, we were having orders with both physical and digital goods and the app knows for which ones to adjust the inventory in SmartBill and for which ones to bill as services.

The app is very well built and the support is very responsive and helpful. I'm glad it exists.

Downloaded the app. Tried to link it to our GLS Ireland account. was requested by xConnector to "Please call the GLS support and activate your API access before starting to generate shipping labels". I did this only to get the reply that the app is NOT compatable with GLS Ireland....

Excelent app, excelent support.
They answered me all the questions and guided me to all the necessary steps.
