I’ve been using XConnector on Shopify for a while now and it really makes everything easier – AWB generation and courier integration work flawlessly. Aplicația funcționează bine pentru magazinele care operează exclusiv în România.
Totuși, dacă intenționați să expediați și în afara țării, trebuie să știți că suportul este aproape inexistent. De peste 30 de zile am solicitat traducerea modulului de retur în limba italiană — am oferit chiar și textul complet tradus. După două săptămâni, limba italiană a apărut ca opțiune, însă conținutul este tot în română. Am semnalat din nou problema, dar din păcate nu am mai primit niciun răspuns.
Concluzie:
Recomand să alegeți cu atenție aplicația de fulfillment încă de la început, deoarece ulterior poate fi dificil să schimbați fluxurile deja implementate. În cazul nostru, fiind deja integrați cu xConnector pe magazinele din România, tranziția către o altă soluție este acum destul de complicată.
