We've been using xConnector to handle our SmartBill invoicing and DPD shipping integrations, and the experience has been flawless. The automation features have significantly reduced manual work, minimized errors, and saved us countless hours. The setup was straightforward, and the connection has been stable and reliable. What's particularly impressive is how well it handles complex product setups, including bundles with different products and items with multiple variants. On top of that, their customer service is impeccable—always responsive and incredibly helpful. This app is an essential tool for any Shopify store operating in Romania.
The app should be fine, however the developers and support is very rude and only upsells and are not proactive to actually help, but are there only to sell. I do not recommend!

I reached out because I genuinely needed help, not an upgrade pitch. While the developer states that “this level of support wasn’t included,” that’s exactly the issue many small businesses struggle with — basic guidance turns into a paywall, and the tone felt unexpectedly condescending, almost like we were being talked down for not already paying more.
That’s not the kind of attitude you expect from a team whose role is to support customers.
I’m not asking for special treatment; I’m simply sharing how the interaction felt from a customer’s perspective. If I left the conversation feeling unheard, pressured, and subtly mocked, that’s valid feedback. Other small and medium businesses depend on clear, supportive communication, and my review reflects that gap.
I stand by my original comment so other users can make an informed decision.

Aplicația funcționează bine pentru magazinele care operează exclusiv în România.
Totuși, dacă intenționați să expediați și în afara țării, trebuie să știți că suportul este aproape inexistent. De peste 30 de zile am solicitat traducerea modulului de retur în limba italiană — am oferit chiar și textul complet tradus. După două săptămâni, limba italiană a apărut ca opțiune, însă conținutul este tot în română. Am semnalat din nou problema, dar din păcate nu am mai primit niciun răspuns.
Concluzie:
Recomand să alegeți cu atenție aplicația de fulfillment încă de la început, deoarece ulterior poate fi dificil să schimbați fluxurile deja implementate. În cazul nostru, fiind deja integrați cu xConnector pe magazinele din România, tranziția către o altă soluție este acum destul de complicată.
