This is trash. They don't even bother replying or doing anything. This TRASH should be taken down from this platform.
Installed the app and booked a call. Everything looked promising. They would speed up the implementation, so I could at least start insuring shipments to my costumers. The rest of the platform (product insurance) would be implemented later. I send a followup email after a couple of days, but didn't get a response. Send another mail but again no response. Booked a meeting to check what was going on. They told me they changed the policy and that a business needed at least 1 million in revenue to work with XCover go. So, they were sorry, but we were not going to be able to do business... Spare you the time, don't install the app. As they are not responding, promise a lot but can't make up to the promise. **Also 4 weeks afther the comment of Xcover they didn't reach out to me to set things straight. **

This app is amazing. XCover Go boosts your bottom line while creating trust among your customers. I could add both product warranty and shipping insurance in the same app which I haven’t seen any other provider does. The setup was easy and the team is super helpful and responsive and our account manager Chiara did a great job helping me make improvements to the customer journey. Highly recommended.
