I have wanted to have user forums on our site for 10 years, but we were on an old legacy website and it just wasn't feasible. So far I am pretty happy with it. I wish there was more flexibility for headers in each individual page, but so far that is my only "complaint".

This forum app is really great. I use it for customer support, faq, share information and create a community of customers and followers. The forum is fast and easy to use. Support is very slow if you need some customization like i did. Send an email days ago and still no answer
