Xero Integration by AllFetch supports syncing different information from your Shopify store to Xero accurately. Streamline your back office and focus more on growing your online store!
All customer information including name, email address, phone number, contact address will be accurately synced to Xero.
Your Shopify product ID will be the Product item code in Xero. Also, our app also supports you to sync Shopify variants SKU code to Xero.
By ensuring your product SKU variant corresponds to your Xero item code, our app will automatically match the product between two systems, so you don’t need to worry about a duplicate existing product in Xero any more.
After syncing your Product ID/SKU variant to Xero successfully, every change in the Shopify product data will be accurately reflected on Xero.
Sync Gift Card
Sync gift card to the payment in Xero accurately, so you can easily track payment information.
Custom mapping accounts
Map your accounts to your separated Xero accounts:
- Sales Account will be applied to the Invoice Line Items’ account.

Started off ok, but then would just suddenly stop syncing orders to XERO - still waiting for a resolution as it stopped syncing on 2nd February - resolution is to firmly delete and go somewhere else

So far so good, I am using the free version to pull Shopify transactions (with Ebay included as they are in my Shopify orders) in to Xero. This way it seems you can manually account for Shopify Payment Fees and Ebay Payment Fees by adding a line 'add bank fee' when you reconcile the payment line using 'find and match'. So the gross amount is getting pulled across in to invoices, then you find and match to add a line for the bank fees. The support for this app is brilliant, really helpful, I highly recommend.
