Amaka has made syncing our Shopify store with Xero easy. We had a few questions around our Afterpay workflow during setup, and Ria Cases was super helpful in guiding us through everything and ensuring it was configured correctly. The support was excellent, and the whole setup process was smooth and straightforward.

I struggled with the Initial instructions to connect the integration - Support got back to me quite quickly with a fresh set of instructions which worked. We had a sync error occur once, but after investigation with support they identified it being a false sync error.
They give you an option to sync daily batches or individual transactions, which is amazing!
Support team's response time is good and they're very professional.

I uninstalled this app from my high volume store due to issues and bad customer service however then discovered it also was not handling inventory transactions correctly so have uninstalled it from this store also.
Handling inventory is a basic that should just work without being a rocket scientist. The app just isn't fit for purpose and the 12 hour delayed customer service just isn't good enough.
It took me days to fix both stores with the incorrect transactions and we are still trying to reconcile bank accounts.
Its not worth the pain!!
