Xero

Ria from Amaka was very helpful in re-establishing a sync between Xero & Shopify for me. She spent the full hour as I'm a bit of a novice with these integrations but her instructions were clear and helpful and she even investigated ways we could make the integration work even better for our business. Initially I was worried about having to have a couple of sessions with these shopify changes, but they have been worth it.

The Amaka team supporting this Xero integration is completely useless. some of our orders were not syncing and i contacted them. They wasted a week asking me which email is connected to the account before they were even willing to look into it although i already sent an email from the same domain. then they ask a bunch of questions over 2 weeks to try to understand why it wasnt syncing. 20 screenshots later, they ask me to book an online call with them 3 weeks out. Ridiculous. I wish someone will book a decent paid app for this sync so I dont have to deal with Amaka's clear incompetency. Such an utter waste of time.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Yasi for the persistence and perseverance with me this last couple of weeks. Her responsiveness, clear communication and assistance in resolving a minor sync issue with a payout missing in Xero was greatly appreciated. Great service and a delight to work with. Overall this is a great app and I'm stoked all is back up to date and working well. Thanks Yasi!
