Absolutely appalling experience. This is the worst support I have dealt with on Shopify.
For over two weeks, I have tried to get help with basic account reconciliation. This is not a complex request. Each reply takes several days. Every response looks copied from the previous email. No questions answered. No progress made.
There is no sense that anyone actually reads the messages. It feels like talking to a bot stuck in a loop. If this is a human team, the process is broken.
They advertise Zoom support. In reality, requests for a call are ignored every time. No follow-up. No explanation. Just silence.
I paid USD 156 upfront for a full-year plan. That decision was a mistake. I now need to switch apps urgently because this one blocks core accounting work. I am seeking a refund.
Avoid this app if you value your time, money, or sanity. Do not rely on Amaka for anything critical.
I use this app and it helps me track my sales into Xero. If I need any help the support are there to always jump on a call. Very helpful.
I use Amaka to sync my Shopify transactions to Xero. There was a problem with some of the transactions syncing and Frances and Troy were super helpful and helped fix the problem. I would definitely recommend.
