Xero Bridge by Parex

This app is an absolute life saver! The app saves us so much time by importing all our Shopify sales straight into Xero making reconciliation a breeze. The customer service is outstanding too! I've had two queries and each time they resolved everything for me immediately - one of them was even on a Saturday! Very reassuring to know they are so responsive. Highly recommend it!

Getting started with this app was straight forward and easy to use. However, I am relatively new to Xero so was not confident in everything I was doing. The Team at Parex Bridge and particularly Kumar were fantastic. They provided excellent service, correcting any issues and working very collaboratively to make the app work for my particular set up. Great app that really saves time. I have had a few sync issues with Shopify, and the reason for the sync failure hasn't been immediately obvious but Mahek in support was really quick in advising the issue and helping me resolve it. Thank you

We chose this app after reviewing several similar apps with similar prices and feature sets. What really sets Parex apart is the quality of the customer service. Responses are very fast, thorough, ACTUALLY helpful and a good length; no one-word answers here, these guys rock.

Edit: a year down the track and we are just as happy. We wanted to be able to auto-send Xero invoices only to select customers (i.e. Wholesale, on Net30 terms), and not to others (i.e. retail customers). Parex helped identify the characteristics of the former and set up filters to do exactly what we asked meaning we could dump Zapier.

This app and this team go above and beyond. We were initially using another Xero transfer app that did not work very well. XeroBridge's team goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Their response time is extremely fast, and they are very flexible in approaching problem solving. I could not be happier with this app!

Been using it for a few years and it has been trouble-free and works great for us. We've only had to contact support twice and they were helpful and responsive both times.

We use Xero Bridge to link/synch Shopify with Xero. The team has consistently demonstrated their willingness and ability to assist in technical aspects of the app from launch, synching, to fixing various issues that we had. The team is very responsive and timely.

This app is easy to use, easy to set up, and absolutely amazing! It regularly syncs orders throughout the day (compared to other apps that sync once per day), and when you edit an order in Shopify, it appropriately syncs the edits to the invoices in Xero. Fantastic customer service too for little features that they can implement personally for you. So happy I moved to this app!!! Thank you :) A couple of small bugbears - it doesn't quite handle importing of the shipping line (with respect to tax) how I'd like, and automatically imports the due date as date of order, but hardly anything I'd take a star off for. *UPDATED* - the team has SUCH amazing customer service that they reached out to see how they could improve on those bugbears, and managed to solve both. I now have a tailored app that is perfect for my needs! Can't recommend these folks enough. A++++++.
