We needed to sync with Xero accounting and as we publish children's books, some of the purchases are zero rated VAT. This app really helped us to do this and Kumar was very helpful guiding us through the setup.
Saved us hours of admin. Many thanks to the Xero Bridge team for an excellent job.
UPDATE: More help needed with our complex VAT and getting data from PayPal. The team at Xero Bridge were great as always and can't fault them. Would recommend in an instant.
It was tricky finding an app that would sync both invoices and stock levels between Xero and Shopify whilst still being affordable but Xero Bridge pulls it off. I had a bit of issue with setting up the product sync but their support helped me out and got everything sorted out. Every time I have had a question or query or needed any help with set up, the support team have been incredibly helpful and gotten things sorted for me in no time. I definitely recommend.

we opted to use Parex for our e-commerce needs to sync Xero with shopify. The support team was very helpful and the pricing very reasonable to other competitors and the functionality works perfectly!

After lengthy research, I have landed on this app to integrate Xero with my Shopify as I have found it was the best value for money. Super easy to set up and after I had one small issue, support was fast, efficient and helpful. Highly recommend it!
App is reliably translating data across, and developers have been incredibly helpful with advanced setup options.
This was actually set up by my colleague who has a lot of knowledge regarding system integration so can't speak as to how easy/hard it was to put in place, however, since it has been set up it has been running perfectly well. I recently had to contact their software support team, as i thought i had changed a setting which would cause problems, and was pleasantly surprised that i was contacted within a couple of hours. Kumar emailed me and took me through the situation step by step which was very helpful. Would recommend.
