I find the app frustrating and buggy. I also have to have two versions, one for shopify sync to xero and another for ebay to xero. Both work differently, both say they do both, but don't. Support is pretty average and I couldn't get actual help when I asked. Anyway, not impressed with spending a monthly fee for something that only just works.

This app is an absolute life saver! The app saves us so much time by importing all our Shopify sales straight into Xero making reconciliation a breeze. The customer service is outstanding too! I've had two queries and each time they resolved everything for me immediately - one of them was even on a Saturday! Very reassuring to know they are so responsive. Highly recommend it!
Very useful app for Xero integration. It syncs orders whenever required and can re syncs orders which can update all orders again with correct information.
We use Xero Bridge to link/synch Shopify with Xero. The team has consistently demonstrated their willingness and ability to assist in technical aspects of the app from launch, synching, to fixing various issues that we had. The team is very responsive and timely.
The app works flawlessly for Customer Order Invoice integration into Xero from multiple Shopify stores. Of particular value is the way it posts orders to a holding account, monitors Shopify Payouts and then reposts the relevant orders to the Bank account for easy reconciliation and the appropriate amount to Shopify Fees Account. I would highly recommend this app, whether for one Shopify Store or multiple.
The application works great. The support team is very quick to respond and assists in a timely fashion. Critical when inventory management is moving in real-time.
Parex have the best customer service I have ever encountered, very fast and responsive. I had an issue coding my IOSS sales and they configured the software very quickly to adapt perfectly to my requirements.

I used this app to help me automatically reconcile my Shopify transactions into Xero, the only issue so far is bundles which don't deduct from inventory correctly however there is a manual workaround which isn't too difficult. If that was fixed, this would have 5 stars. Support received has been excellent!
Getting started with this app was straight forward and easy to use. However, I am relatively new to Xero so was not confident in everything I was doing. The Team at Parex Bridge and particularly Kumar were fantastic. They provided excellent service, correcting any issues and working very collaboratively to make the app work for my particular set up. This even included new feature development! Highly recommended. Thanks very much Kumar and team!
Finally, an app that lets you focus on running your business! Orders sync effortlessly and the customer service is out of this world! Kumar is so helpful and goes the extra mile! This is it!

Great app. Great service. I have been really impressed by the support and service offered by the Xero Bridge team. They have patiently held my hand through answering questions and resolving anything I was uncertain of.
This app does almost everything I need it to. As Panel Tools is a B2B, the accounts we have are company names as opposed to the traditional customer names. This, I could not adjust on my own. I asked the question to the support team, if they were able to transfer the company name as the primary name over to Xero, and they were able. Great customer service (speed of reply and effective solution) and everything is perfect.
Incredibly quick and simple to set up. Support are fast, friendly and very helpful. Wish there were more apps that were as stress free as Xero Bridge! Any issues I have had were all created by my errors and yet support zapped them in a couple of emails
This app seamlessly ties Shopify to Xero while accounting for discounts, Shopify fees, etc. The customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful, they're heroes. Start here if you're doing your accounting with Xero - I'm very happy with it.
This app has been great! We started up a month ago with shopify and xero and I wasn’t quite sure how to tie the two together. I tried numerous apps but all of them were confusing to setup. This app spells it out for your from start to finish. I sent off a few queries to Kumar and his team and they were more than helpful. It has been running flawlessly from day one!
I’ve tried other apps for Xero integration and this one is the best by far. Great value for money and superb support!
This app is FANTASTIC, EFFICIENT and COST EFFECTIVE! For it's low price it is very accessible to all business sizes and types, automatically syncing between Xero and Shopify into a sorting account which then makes the adjustment for the transaction fees that Shopify charge on each payment - which really does make the book keeping effortless and hassle free. With only having one small query, it was so simple to message support to which I received a response within an hour!
I honestly couldn't recommend a better app to effortlessly sync with Xero.

After setting this app up I have not had to revisit it. Invoices are created and reconsiled with one click. Perfect.
Awesome features, great to find a xero integration app that actually works. Beyond that, their support is unparalleled. Their head developer contacted me immediately and started a web conference call to resolve my problem. We spent some time going over setup. When I asked him where he was he replied “India” then I asked what time it was there and he said around 1AM in the morning!
I made the switch from Bold Xero and I can't be any happier with this app. Does the job as it is supposed to, and the customer service are amazing...fast and knowledgeable. With Bold, many invoices were not exported and I had to spend hours each month doing manual entry. With Xero bridge, every invoice is exported in a clean way...saves me lots of hours.
I love it! It made my life so much easier and the support team is just amazing! Would definetly recomment anyone to swich to them because I did and I just wish I did it earlier!
