Excellent support and reasonable prices, I chose this app because they are able to sync Stocky Purchase Orders too.
Been using the app for a few months now and not had any issues. It's made our office work much easier and has taken a lot of the load - not to mention that the team are really helpful with any questions or changes
Great App for syncing deferred payment invoices from Shopify to Xero. The support is A++ and are very patient with solving exactly what you need customized to suit your store.

Not answering our support emails its been 4 months. Please send us an email to get our sync issues resolved.

We have responded to all the emails we received from your team. However, it appears that our responses are not reaching to them, possibly due to email blocking. We are receiving the message "Your message to chXXX@sr**********ncepts.com has been blocked. The response from the remote server was : 550 permanent failure for one or more recipients (chXXX@sr**********ncepts.com:blocked)" while sending an email.
To ensure coverage, we also sent a separate response to other team members CC'ed in the email thread, as well as to the Shopify store email address, but we did not receive any reply from them. Our other clients are receiving the emails from our side.
As per your requirement, we have already disabled the Shopify payout flow and the Shopify fees sync for your store, so payouts and fees are no longer being synced.
Our team remains fully committed to resolving any issues you may be experiencing. Please feel free to share any specific concerns regarding the sync process, and we will be happy to assist you promptly.

Very good support. We had a few issues at first making the app do what we required but to be honest a lot of these were issues due to our past use and lack of process. Xero has to also take some of the load as Parex can only work with what the API gives them, and some of the issues belong squarely with Xero.
Support has been keen to help, very responsive, and always came up with an answer. We're sticking with them as it is great to have true support. Well done Mahek and team.

This app is amazing and makes accounting seamless. We have 7 Shopify stores, and all our stores have the Bridge by Parex plugin. The support and help are also super fast and very helpful. Happy to recommend this plugin to anyone!

This app has been a huge asset to our business, both in creating Shopify sales invoices within Xero and in syncing inventory items/quantities between the two platforms. Doing it all by hand was unsustainable, and this app made it a breeze.
Additionally, Mahek from the Parex team was incredibly helpful and thorough in assisting me with some issues/settings that needed to be tweaked shortly after implementing this app. If this app sounds like it'll accomplish what you need it to, I'd recommend giving it a shot - you won't be disappointed with the customer service.
