Not good. We had at least found 3 orders that were not synced to our Xero after we removed some items from the original orders, and that led to incorrect amounts on the invoices.

It took nearly 1 week for them to investigate the issue, and they did not reply until I chased them by email.

Sadly, the answer was that they did not receive the update notification from the Shopify side and asked me to report the issue if I encountered it again. Come on guys! I found this issue three times and reported it twice and no fix. What's the point of reporting it again?

If there are any other options, I would definitely uninstall this App. It's really embarrassing and unprofessional when your clients complain that your invoices are not correct.

We sincerely apologise for the issue that you are facing.
I am the partnerships manager and will take up this issue.
We have already contacted Shopify for this to see the reason for the failure to receive the updates.
Please give us 2-3 days to that we can check this. We will reply to you in the email as well.
