The Bridge by Parex app is very very good. It syncs the transactions from Shopify to Xero seamlessly and handles everything really well.
You actually end up getting a match for your bank feed lines for reconciliation in Xero.

If you're looking for a reliable and efficient way to sync Shopify with Xero, Parex Bridge is the answer. Highly Recommend. I have used this App for a few years and it's still great.
Customer services is highly responsive with clear and actionable answers. Recently, I discovered (thanks to ChatGPT) that Parex Bridge can automate journal entries for COGS on every purchase. This means every sale automatically generates a matching journal entry that moves the item's cost from assets to COGS. It's such a huge time-saver and keeps my books perfectly in sync. This is def one of my Fav Apps.
My one and only suggestion for improvement is to make Chat available for quicker answers for the customer.
I would probably give it 0 stars if I could. We seemed to get off to a good start but the amount of double ups in invoices and journal entries was insane. The lack of ability to update settings without contacting support was also terrible.
Such an easy app to use and support is always really quick and helpful. Highly recommend!
I find the app frustrating and buggy. I also have to have two versions, one for shopify sync to xero and another for ebay to xero. Both work differently, both say they do both, but don't. Support is pretty average and I couldn't get actual help when I asked. Anyway, not impressed with spending a monthly fee for something that only just works.

Have been using the app as a bookkeeper to access reports, customer service is 5 stars (polite, patient, and prompt response).
This app has simplified our integration with Xero, and even syncs for orders taken via our Paypal currency accounts direct into Xero. The support is also quick and efficient. Very satisfied. Thank you.
