I find the app frustrating and buggy. I also have to have two versions, one for shopify sync to xero and another for ebay to xero. Both work differently, both say they do both, but don't. Support is pretty average and I couldn't get actual help when I asked. Anyway, not impressed with spending a monthly fee for something that only just works.

I couldn't be happier with Xero Bridge. We have relatively complex integration needs and XB have found ways to get things working as we'd like. Their support is EXCELLENT - very quick, clear, and a proper can do attitude.
This app has simplified our integration with Xero, and even syncs for orders taken via our Paypal currency accounts direct into Xero. The support is also quick and efficient. Very satisfied. Thank you.
Have been using the app as a bookkeeper to access reports, customer service is 5 stars (polite, patient, and prompt response).
I have been using this app for years but it stopped working properly recently. It is good app if it works. 2 issues.
1. It converts currency wrong.
It convers USD to CAD when we get USD orders and xero recognize it as CAD again. It converts to USD 2 times.
I sent message to the support several weeks ago but no one response.
2. Finally it stopped to syncing completely from yesterday.

By default, the orders sync in the store currency and not in the payment currency. We do have a feature where we could setup the order to be synced in the payment currency.
The issue of orders not syncing on that Saturday was a separate issue due to a rate outage in our data centre provider.

I think the best thing about this app is the customer support. I have needed to ask for assistance twice so far (have been using the package for about 6 months), mainly teething problems. Mahek has come back quickly and answered my questions clearly and was able to change a setting for me to get it all working smoothly.
Seamless. Been using it for more than 2 years and I don't even have to think about it. I've reached out to support a couple of times and they responded quickly, looked into the matter properly and dealt with issues efficiently. I'd absolutely recommend.
Cannot recommend this app enough. Seemingly endless features and TOP NOTCH customer support, has meant I can have everything coded in Xero exactly the way I want - effortlessly.
Reconciling to Xero is effortless and seamless. Customer support is next level - just about anything and everything you can dream up, they will set up as a feature. I have three Shopify sites now and could not live without Xero Bridge.
We have tried a few options for Shopify to Xero linking and Parex has been by far the most accurate and the easiest. Their support has been top tier each time we've needed to contact them.
