We've been using Xero Bridge for 5 years. It works perfectly and exactly as described. Lots of customization available. Customer support is excellent (we've rarely needed it though). Highly recommended.
This app is fantastic and even better is the support Mahek and the team provide.
Our requirement were a little unique - and constantly changing - this was no trouble at all and the support is quick too.

Connecting Shopify to Xero has been great. Setup took a bit, but the Xero Bridge by Parex team was responsive and helpful.
I tested several Shopify-to-Xero apps. I decided to go with this one as it has all the features or more of the most advanced apps, for a much lower cost. It is simple to setup and use. The support team are great and very responsive, and can often help out to implement custom features when those are not available out-of-the-box.

This is my second time using accounting software that integrates with Shopify and Xero, and I’m honestly blown away by the support.
