Great app and very helpful support that will do anything possible to get specific situations working.
We've been using the app for a few months now and each time we need support to assist us in syncing some old data is doe quickly and efficiently! Great app and great support!!
Functionality is great and the customer service is excellent. There have been 3 or so times when I've needed support and they get back with very helpful and detailed responses within 24 hours. The app has never failed working, setup was relatively easy and the availability of the support team is great.

This app has worked out very well for us. We do some strange editing things to orders through our site, but Bridge for Xero has done its job throughout. There were a few errors during a recent update, but the support was excellent and solved any issues we had.
The app is very user friendly, however when I opted for the 'holding account' which wasn't working for our type of business and transactions, the staff at Xero Bridge are hands down the nicest most helpful and knowledgable support you could ask for. Fixed and reset all our issues so we could start from scratch again with all orders re-synced.
Timely responses to all emails with complete results every time.

Been using this for a couple of months now and it is working great. Their support team responded very quickly during the implementation to enable some of their advanced features. The only minor thing that would have made it completely awesome are user editable rules on setting contact and sales account code that can take more then one field into consideration, e.g., customer tags and line item descriptions - we have quite a complex requirement for these but saying that their support team did manage to get quite a bit more than is in the apps interface implemented behind the scenes.
