No contact that they were going to start charging. Just a failure in Xero to see any sales from Shopify. Avoid and use someone with integrity.

The app is OK - a few bugs here and then, can't complain too much when it was free. The new pricing is ridiculous - more than we pay for either Shopify or Xero - we'll be uninstalling unless this changes.

Support on this Free App has been very speedy and efficient. Normally an error in a Tax setting that I did, but they have spotted and advised correction speedily.
Works well for me, Bank reconciliation is straightforward enough- just takes a few minutes to associate each days sales with the Bulk payments and the Fees in the Card fee account.

We have a low number of relatively high-value transactions so are getting by using the free plan for now. It all works as it says on the packet. We had one issue with some exports and the support team were prompt to reply, very helpful and it's now all smooth sailing.

Useless, this app only imports certain orders, spoke with support over a number of days only to be told that they know it doesn't work, they don't know why, can't offer a work around or give us any idea on how this can be managed. No idea which invoices will be imported and which will be left behind. They also say they can not give me a time frame on when the bug will be fixed. Currently looking for alternatives. Avoid.

Outrageous how much they now want to charge their users for this app, which is bug ridden and rarely works anyway. These fees are shocking considering we already pay Shopify fees plus our subscription to Xero. We'll be deleting this App, and all Bold apps ASAP, even if it means doing more work manually.

If I'm paying for Xero, I expect it to automatically pull transactions from multiple sources without the need to pay another company for the integration. Bad move by Xero and Bold. I might have to find another accounting solution.

The fee they want to charge is shocking. I already pay Xero for my accounting. To then pay an app to transfer the info to Xero on top of the fees I already pay is a joke. I'll be deleting this app pretty much immediately. This is a cash grab if I ever saw one.
