We've been using the app for 2 or 3 years at this point, and while every now & then we run into a couple of headaches Bold is always sure to jump on them & help us out!

Seriously, Alexa and the team just went above & beyond after we had some issues exporting. Between them, they figured out where the issue lay & continued to go back & forth with us and our accountant until we were satisfied with the fix.

Apps is very helpful for keeping our Xero up-to date with less to zero manual task. Also, I was able to get a good response from the support particularly Mr. Hamza who's been very accommodating and easy to deal with. He didn't stop until the issue was not resolved.

We've been using the app for a few months and everything is going pretty well. Even their support is pretty good, thanks to Nikhil for helping us reconnecting the app with our Xero account.

We have been using this app for over a year and it is excellent - we have had only 1 query and Nikhil was fantastic - he got straight back to us and sorted out the problem.

Great app with great support. Once setup it runs seamlessly sending all the data we need to Xero. The one time we needed support we got it immediately. Thanks for the fast resolution Nick!

This is a huge time-saver for us! We've been using for a couple of years now. In the early days we regularly had a handful of missing transactions each month - not many, but still a bit painful to resolve. However, that's no longer the case and we get a seamless transfer to Xero every month which makes life easy. Really happy with how it works for us.
