This app was super easy to use and setup. When we did have an issue, (our fault) the tech/customer support found the cause of the issue and gave us steps to solve it quickly. Cheers David for keeping us up and running!!
This app works well. Easy to reconcile invoices, payments and transaction fees. I use stock and it works well for the stocked items, except Xero doesn't support back orders, which isn't a Bold issue, but a Xero one. However once I have the stock in it's easy to manually transfer the order to Xero. TBH I'm amazed at the price!
Constant problems and errors when transferring data, crappy app just says do it manually. Why am I paying you when I have to do it manually. IT SHOULDNT BE THIS HARD
We noticed something strange about our Shopify invoices coming into Xero, and after doing some digging (and wasting time) we started reading the Bold reviews and realised that they've pulled the rug out from underneath us with no warning, just hopeless. Call me and fix all of the errors you've now created in our Xero file immediately.
Payments download to Xero daily - straight forward to reconcile with info min of 100 charactors to kdkdk.

So disappointed that there has been zero communication regarding this app being changed and now charged for! We will be removing this app because your fee structure is utterly ridiculous.
Great extension, works seamlessly and creates nice clean entries into Xero. Thanks for making life easier!
Deleting this app - I could put up with the clunkiness and bugs when it was free but they now want to charge me $40 per month... how they think it's worth 25% more than my entire Xero sub is beyond me. Looked into how to do it manually myself and have found it's actually easier, quicker and cleaner than with the app... wish I'd done it a year ago!
It stopped working all of a sudden ! information always missing from the integration so have to do manually anyway!
Thanks Nick for getting my app to work correctly. Exporting orders to xero nicely now. Seems very easy to use
