Redo is exactly what we've been searching for. A one-stop-shop for all customer service needs from order tracking to returns. Amazing support! Bethany & Susannah helped us get setup and answered any questions we had. A HUGE addition to our store and we're forever grateful.

These guys get it, they're the In n Out, the Costco, the Nordstrom, the Chick-Fil-A - whatever you want to call it - of e-commerce. Nobody does it better & nobody has better customer service. I had a cart issue 1 month in and they pulled their own product off my site and fixed the issue before reinstalling it. Most brands hide problems, but they were honest and helped me up-level - all while being incredibly responsive. Then, 6 months in I had a question on how to optimize a feature, their Director of Sales Jake Norton took the time to personally help me get the answer I needed. Redo takes care of their customers and that's something I've gotta have when my brand is growing 5x YoY. The product is cutting costs for us and driving more revenue & conversions as well. Give me a call if you're debating.

Redo has changed our post purchase processes for the better. We were with Loop Returns for 3 years, but their system was complex and expensive and required a 12 month contract. Redo is better, no contract, and we have a far better customer experience.

Redo now handles all of our returns, exchanges, warranties, shipping claims in one platform, rather than split between Returns platform, and claims platform, and customer service platform for warranties. With Redo, our customers issues get resolves twice as fast.

The Redo Team was super helpful with implementation. Highly recommend the app.

For the first time in 14 years of running an e-commerce business I'm no longer paying for returns. I'm actually making money on my returns!

Awesome app and company. The level of support provided by the team is unique, I highly recommend this platform/app to any e-commerce brand.

Can't say enough about how much Re:do has improved our customer's experience and saved our team time! Not only is the App amazing, but Hannu has been nothing less than exceptional any and every time we have needed something answered!

The highlight of this app is seamless returns/exchanges - customers can complete returns/exchanges in a few quick steps. Everything is automated. The only drawback is that if customers want a different product in exchange (rather than different size or color of the same product), you will need to manually sort that out as the app does not allow selection of a different product for exchange. Customers still have the option to choose to return for store credit and apply it to reorder a different item, however. Thank you for creating this app! Much needed!
