Great app for processing returns and the best part of this is that they pay for the shipping labels. It has saved me so much money. The return portal is very easy to use. Since using REdo, I saw my conversion rate increase since I am able to offer free returns. This app is a no brainer. I highly recommend it. The team is always there to help. Natalie from their customer service is very quick to reply and help me with any issue. They are a newer company so they are very eager to improve on any glitch. This app is better than Loop or any other return app I have used in the past. Keep up the great work REdo!
We started with re:do back in September and we couldn't be more happy with their app and services! They have helped create a better return, exchange, and now claim process for our customers. The communication and level of service they provide us is outstanding. They welcome new ideas and implement change quickly! They are constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve their app which I have been loving all the newly added features they have come out with. I highly recommend them for your company!
I am delighted with the way that this app has helped my small biz provide excellent customer service to my store. Buying apparel online is difficult, more so when you are a new mom with a new body. I truly believe (and have the stats to prove it) that adding Redo to my store has improved sales, as it assures customers that returns and exchanges are hassle free.
The install and set up was fabulous. I am technologically inept, and the crew at Redo flawlessly set up the features that I wanted in about 15 minutes on a video chat. They walked me through the whole process, helped me explore the dashboard, settings and all the admin stuff. When I contact them with questions, they are very responsive and helpful- and the one time I needed a settings change, they did it for me, which saved me time and stress!
I highly recommend that if you have a product that consumers hesitate about because of the potential for exchanges (like clothing) that you install this app TODAY! Game changer for sure!
We love using Redo! It is very user friendly and the team has been amazing helping us get everything set up. I have chatted with customer service several times with questions and Natalie is AMAZING and so helpful! I definitely recommend Redo for small businesses, it has made our lives so much easier.
So far quite happy with Re:Do. The learning curve with their system is a matter of a day or so and you're up and running. New interface is slick and easy to navigate. Support is very responsive and Natalie has always helped me get the answers I need.
These guys get it, they're the In n Out, the Costco, the Nordstrom, the Chick-Fil-A - whatever you want to call it - of e-commerce. Nobody does it better & nobody has better customer service. I had a cart issue 1 month in and they pulled their own product off my site and fixed the issue before reinstalling it. Most brands hide problems, but they were honest and helped me up-level - all while being incredibly responsive. Then, 6 months in I had a question on how to optimize a feature, their Director of Sales Jake Norton took the time to personally help me get the answer I needed. Redo takes care of their customers and that's something I've gotta have when my brand is growing 5x YoY. The product is cutting costs for us and driving more revenue & conversions as well. Give me a call if you're debating.
We've been using Redo for the better part of five months and have found the experience to be very helpful for our CX team. Compared to other offerings, we believe Redo to be far better in terms of cost, reliability, UX, and automations.
Easy to implement, easy to monitor and track returns/exchanges. The team at Redo is also very responsive and eager to continue innovating in the space with their offerings. Would definitely recommend.
With Redo's seamless integration and the amazing platform features they offer, we have been able to customize a super user friendly return journey for our wonderful customers and our Return Department. Not to mention the customer service is out of this world! They are always ready and willing to help! We have had a great experience with using Redo for our return portal needs.
Redo has been great. The automatic creation of exchanges when the product is delivered has been super efficient and has helped reduce the amount of emails we get asking for refund/replacement updates. The cost savings on standard returns has been very beneficial.
Re:do is easy to use! Ian and Hannu helped us get started, and both were very helpful. Natalie is a great source when we have customer service questions.
We have installed this in all three of our stores. It takes some of the manual work from us, which was much needed, and is an efficient way to deal with returns. One thing we would like to see is for customers to be able to exchange one style for a different style; however, many customers love the store credit option in place of that!
