Our handling time for a return is only a matter of seconds. The business model of Redo was a huge incentive for us to implement their system. Zero fees and no contracts are hard to come by in todays world so on top of everything else it seemed like a no brainer for us. To top things off, they have an outstanding team of employees. They are very quick to help get things done and if you ever have any issues they are right there to help! Can't recommend the app enough!

We implemented the app several months back and have noticed a reduction in exchanges and more satisfied customers completing the entire exchange online. We no longer do manual support for exchanges. Re:do is very responsive to any issue we have. Good people at Re:do, we pay the cost for our customers. Best of all now they now support UPS labels, we as have issues with USPS in our area.
