Really good app and they're always adding new features. Great support team that will help you within minutes. Well formatted easy to use but highly customizable for your use and if you have anything your worried about they are almost always willing to add custom features for you.

Redo is exactly what we've been searching for. A one-stop-shop for all customer service needs from order tracking to returns. Amazing support! Bethany & Susannah helped us get setup and answered any questions we had. A HUGE addition to our store and we're forever grateful.

Warning! This app will break accessiBe which is a crucial app for staying ADA complaint. I found out that if I turn off the app switch in the website settings it fixes the issue and Redo still works fine, so I'm not sure why it's needed.

Other than that, Redo has been amazing and it has even increased our sales.

Zero fees and no contracts are hard to come by in todays world so on top of everything else it seemed like a no brainer for us. To top things off, they have an outstanding team of employees. They are very quick to help get things done and if you ever have any issues they are right there to help! Can't recommend the app enough!
