Overall, very good!
My only issue with the app is that it lists all the offered services on a single form.
An example would be if I were running a hotel and restaurant and using this app, customers would have to book rooms and reserve tables from the same form.
It could be potentially confusing.

I cant even open the app to set it up. Not a great first experience. Hopefully support is legit and can help.

I think you have an adblock plugin, it might block the app. You can try to disable it or test the app on a different browser.
