What stands out most is the partnership - we're in a super growth phase and they consistently take the time to listen, scope our integration plans with thoughtful questions, and make sure we're 100% satisfied with the result. The reporting is the other big win - we can slice and dice data however we need. The value is also real - compared to the bigger ERP companies, Xorosoft offers a lot for what you pay. They're flexible, they listen, and they grow alongside us. That's rare in an ERP.
Xorosoft has been a great partner and the integration with shopify has made our lives a lot easier. Managing order flows between our ecommerce site and orders from our non-ecommerce channels has been easy and having Xorosoft as our source truth for all orders makes reporting much easier. Plus the real-time integration with shopify payouts makes it much easier to reconcile everything in Xoro.
Xorosoft have been fantastic with integrating our shopify website for ease of sending out orders. The integration for Gift cards is a time saver and makes life much easier so that we have an accounting record for all transactions.
