I was easily able to grab all of my items--5+variants intact--and get them to into my Shopify store. I ran into one difficulty on my end and customer service was absolutely excellent and very responsive.

Rohit is incredibly helpful and responsive and the app functionality is awesome. I had some issues with variations and Rohit was able to adjust them for me so that they imported into my Shopify store correctly. Recommend this app to everyone!

Update: Going into my 2nd year of use and I wish I could give Rohit and Xpert Importer SIX Stars. Best Customer Service I've ever experienced. Prompt, expert, and thorough. The Best!
No seriously, Five Stars! Rohit is a Master in Customer Service without a doubt. I had some issues with my site and with the way I wanted Xpert Importer handled them. Rohit was with me every step of the way until the issue was resolved. I can't say enough about how I've been treated and helped since starting to use the program. Indispensable!

I used several apps in order to import my Amazon inventory into Shopify and this is, hands down, the best one. It is seamless and works great and eliminates the headache of having to create listings which have already been created on Amazon. If you started on Amazon and are just now moving to Shopify, I highly recommend this app.

We had previously closed our Shopify store because we could not migrate products to the store. This app has made it possible to migrate our products from Amazon to Shopify with all details and images. It is easy to use and does all the work seamlessly. With over 7000 sku and growing in the biggest catalog for kids in India, we could not have done it without this app.
