Xporter Data Export & Reports

Excellent. We are capturing information using one app and needed to get it exported in a csv format. Shopify's reports aren't able to do this at any level but xporter does it easily and quickly.

We also needed to have some custom reports worked up and the support from xporter has been great.

Very well thought out and powerful report generator. Excellent support too, emails replied to very quickly and even unrequested modifications made in response to questions.

Beyond impressed with the customer service! Response time was FAST and they didn't just help set up my template, but rather explained each step via email in a simple way so that I'd understand the process and am able to refer back to it in the future to set up similar templates for different reports. Incredible Support. I needed to setup a very complicated CSV template and the Xporter support made the whole thing possible. I definitely recommend this app for anyone dealing with a 3rd party fulfillment center or just to be in full control of your customer orders.

I've had this app for about two years now, ever since it was first available on Shopify. This is a must have if you feel like Shopify's reporting system is lacking or not providing with data that is crucial for your business. We run a clothing store that has many different variants, sizes, colors and we needed something a lot more advanced. My lack of liquid knowledge really made it difficult to pull important data, but with the accommodating support from Xporter, they were able to cater to my shopify store's needs. Now that these reports I need are automated, I am saving so much time. Please give it a try. You won't regret it!
