They always help us and find the solution/workaround to any question/issues we have, they get to the resolution very quick. Amazing team.

We have two Shopify stores and use this app daily from both to export our orders in the exact format required for upload by our 3PL warehouse. Jason has been incredibly helpful, helping us use metafields which pull into the export file so it doesn't require any editing before we send it to the warehouse. This app saves us SO MANY man hours. Customer service is very helpful, to the point (without the additional nonsense I have seen on other chats that are wordy with little benefit to the conversation). Additionally, the new interface is so user friendly that I no longer have to guess at what I'm looking for, by far the best improvement.

First time using support. Had an issue with french symbols like accents not translating well to excel or open calculator. Alexander showed me a way to import in excel (instead of just opening it) and choosing the Unicode.. and I was able to use that same info on Open Calculator (office). They were very quick to help and all is right again.
