We use it to generate XML output to push orders to an SFTP for one of our stores.
Support has been great in first generating the XML report for the developers before me and then answering questions that I had about the set-up.

This application does exactly what we required to send out files in an XML format to a SFTP. Jason was the one to help also set up the particular file structures and guide me into what I will need to be changing in order to do so.

Xporter has been an essential app for us and has allowed us to quickly and effectively pass data within our tech stack. On top of that, I've received fantastic support any time I have needed it.
We use this app to export data to our ERP-system. To learn the basics is extremely easy - a few tests and you have simple reports with groups, filters etc. But the reason why I love this app is, because the support was very good and fast.

Not only does this app allows fully custom data exports of whatever you may need, but the support staff are fantastic and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help you get what you need. Personally, I've found that low-cost subscription services usually don't have very good support, but I was very pleasantly surprised that the gentleman that helped me with creating a template dedicated so much time to helping me do what I needed.
Support was available pretty much immediately and they help me to setup my first template. Highly recommended!
I find this app quite useful. We need to pull some specifically formatted reports from our Shopify admin in order to analyze our data properly. Xporter has made it possible to pull exactly the information we need, in a .xlsx format that we can then easily copy into our tools to generate the reports we need.
I also find their customer service team to be very responsive and helpful.
We use this app for customised report templates. There are endless possibilities with those templates and you can extract the data in any form you need. Their technical support team is very good in responding in timely manner and in providing solutions.
I Needed to export orders with custom variants. Staff created the template and even exported a report with my requested dates.

Hello, I sincerely apologize that you had a poor experience. As discussed, the template we successfully created for you used fields from a third party app. After the template was built, the names of those fields were changed without updating the Xporter template. Our support attempted to explain the issue, not to make excuses. I am happy we were able to get you back up and running and hope that going forward you will have a better experience.
Does what it needs to do, and they provide great support if you have a problem or don't understand something.

First time using support. Had an issue with french symbols like accents not translating well to excel or open calculator. Alexander showed me a way to import in excel (instead of just opening it) and choosing the Unicode.. and I was able to use that same info on Open Calculator (office). They were very quick to help and all is right again.

I was looking for a SFTP/XML file for every order, capturing an specific number of fields from shipping, billing, payments information and some other specific requirements from the customer.
The support has been incredible in order to meet all the requirements. Samuel has been my POC and has been super helpful.
So glad I found this app!!! I had to match a previous order export from Big Commerce to Shopify in order to make my fulfillment house happy. Well Xporter Data did the trick and I could not be more pleased!!! When I had questions about how to add or modify fields they gladly set up a Skype call and walked me through it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
This is a powerful reporting tool, satisfying all of our needs. And the support is simply excellent: responsive, helpful and patient!
The app does exactly what it says, can export anything big or small. I've got 640k products and was able to export them in the way I wanted (was trying up to 100k at once and it was fine).
But also, you read the customer support is amazing and sort of think 'oh yeah, how good can it really be?' Well, it's out of this world. Imagine you're a 150 year old and you've just got an iPhone wondering what on earth it does and how to use it. I'm pretty sure Xporter support could get you to coding an app for it by the afternoon. Patient, knowledgable and go above and beyond.

This is one of the best reporting softwares available on Shopify App Store.
The team (Adam Harrison in particular) helped in clearly setting up the report that we wanted and he helped customize the report in less than a few days and I am sure I could not have got a better report even using the available tools in Shopify Reports section.
The app is really helpful for Tax reporting and I really appreciate the team to have one of the best set of people to help customers navigate the reporting and for helping us setup so quickly.
