Xporter was critical for our shop as we needed to collect required information from each of our members. The Xporter team was ultra-responsive and helped us launch our store in full-force very, very quickly.
Awesome app and awesome support! This app has saved me a heap of time. I can export orders in the exact format my different suppliers need them. I used to do this by hand and now it's set up to happen with just the click of a button. Adam was also great with helping me get my report templates setup and working from scratch. I highly recommend this app. It's got a ton of great features and makes life so much easier. Thanks guys!

I'm using it on 3 of my websites and it's just perfect.
Plus the support team is very helpfull if you need to set really specific filters or conditions on your reports, they will gladly help you raising your goal.

Just found this app a couple of days ago, because we needed to report some complex data out of our store. Data that isn't even directly tracked by Shopify. Adam listened to our needs, and quickly created *exactly* what we needed. I'm amazed.
This is truly a phenomenal tool.
One thing that I must say about this app and its company is the customer support. I'd give five stars just for that. Adam was amazing in answering my questions in a timely manner. No automatic emails to clutter my mailbox, just a nice email with clear cut instructions on how to fix whatever issues I had.
Besides that, the app is EXACTLY what we needed for our store. Can be customized to be anything that you want it to be. Might need a bit of fooling around (or emails to and from Adam :-)) to get the idea of whats going on, but once you get the hang of it, (which took me less than a day) this app is amazing. Thank You
So, after using this app and needng a ton of custom help, Adam was at his best again! the warehouse I needed to send my orders to is using an entire different system. Adam programmed my entire system from scratch and didnt bat an eyelash. Didnt ask for any hidden support fees or anything. And he is always fixing the minor bugs that the warehouse causes within a couple of minutes!!! I would give a 100 stars if possible...
I've set up a lot of apps lately, and my experience with Xporter's customer support is by FAR the best I've experienced. Prompt, thorough, polite, professional. Couldn't be happier.
This is a great app. Once you play around with it a bit you will realize the huge benefits that it can provide. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but the support that was provided for this app, as well as their Gift Reggie app, has been so good that i wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I didn't take the time to write a review. Sweet reporting tool, and 5 star customer service! You can get at EVERYTHING (including metafields) as far as Shopify Data. Reports can be general, scheduled, viewd, email,etc... from general reports all the way to extremely granular. JOIN feature came in handy for snugging up white space in reports. Can be a little tricky to get your desired output once you get down to the granular level, but with this kind of power, would you expect anything else? When it gets tricky is where the incredible customer service comes in. Liq-AD-Split responses (even on Sundays) and friendly as hell (Adam, and now Anne as well). Worked perfect for generating reports for our finance department, for order fulfillment work-flow, etc... All around great experience. Thank you! Jason @ the Minnesota Historical Society.
I was stymied for months by the limited reporting and data export available through Shopify. Analyzing refunds, comparing time periods, trying to determine book revenue vs. cash receipts, state tax calcs, were all frustrating if not impossible with the limited tools and views provided.
I found xporter, and now I feel like I have an entire data team behind me. At first the level of detail was overwhelming on the self serve report writing, but the customer service in the first few weeks was astounding. They put the time in to help you define what you need, and then create draft reports very quickly until it is perfect for you. Not only will they create calculations that you would normally have to do yourself in excel (i.e., estimating SKU-level sales tax on a refund), but they’ll actually rearrange the order of the columns in the report if it helps you. They put the time in because they know once you get the exact, clean, understandable data that you really need, you will continuously be pulling their reports (which, btw, is absolutely right). I am pulling the reports they wrote for me 2-3x a week and I’m not bothering them much because they gave me everything I need. This is much more than an app.
I am planning on hitting them up again for another report, but at this point I’m not just desperately trying to understand the historical Shopify data…I now get to focus on how to improve my business. I am not sure how I would have done what I can do now without Xporter. A total gem if you are working with Shopify.
