We use this app to import orders from shopify to our fulfillment platform. Their developer team always responds within minutes when we need help and always finds a solution. XML work can get really complicated and they are always super knowledgeable and helpful! They are great to work with! We've been using the app for almost 2 years and it can handle a lot of fluctuation in volume and unique data needs we have.

The version out this week is even better. Huge amount of flexibility. And the team has been highly responsive to both support and feature requests.

Extremely talented, skilful and wonderful team. Working with them is a bit too good to be true. They're extremely patient and up to any job required. We have an 43 email open thread with them and they're always more than happy to support every single detail that we require.
