This app is wonderful. It allows us to automatically up load files to and FTP and to narrow in and get the data we need. On top of that their customer service is absolutely incredible. Adam was more than willing to help, not only did he answer my questions but answered questions I didn't think to ask! Couldn't be happier with the service.
I highly recommend this app. A true data geek will love the ability to get any data out of Shopify any way you want it. The support is top-notch and highly responsive.
Received excellent support in building a custom report for our team to pull orders to submit to our warehouse twice a day. Jason was quick and responsive to all of our asks and questions and set up the report we needed to reduce manual work in excel on our end.

Sweet reporting tool, and 5 star customer service! You can get at EVERYTHING (including metafields) as far as Shopify Data. Reports can be general, scheduled, viewd, email,etc... from general reports all the way to extremely granular. JOIN feature came in handy for snugging up white space in reports. Can be a little tricky to get your desired output once you get down to the granular level, but with this kind of power, would you expect anything else? When it gets tricky is where the incredible customer service comes in. Liq-AD-Split responses (even on Sundays) and friendly as hell (Adam, and now Anne as well). Worked perfect for generating reports for our finance department, for order fulfillment work-flow, etc... All around great experience. Thank you! Jason @ the Minnesota Historical Society.
