Have been using Xporter to extract orders/returns for a while.
It was easy to set up the reports and once they are set up, the process runs smoothly. Also, whenever I need help, support team is quick to response and very helpful.
Been using Xporter now for a couple years and it not only performs well and does exactly what we need it to, we've also reached out to customer support and can confirm that support also is phenomenal! This app is well worth the money if you need something to generate any kind of report automatically for whatever purpose you may need. Highly recommended, and Jason from customer support is great!!!
A very powerful way to get data out of Shopify in the format you need.
Very flexible in terms of filters & liquid scripts to create the exact format you need.
So its quite a big learning curve but the support chat is very helpful to guide you.
