The app appears to be working correctly. It is easy to install and use. Rui has been very helpful and quick to respond.
Sent 3 messages requesting support and still no reply. Useless.
Hi there. I’m really sorry for the frustration here. We take support seriously and are concerned we didn’t see your messages. We searched our inboxes and phone logs but couldn’t find any request under your store name/email, so something likely went wrong in delivery. We’ll be adding extra monitoring and a fallback inbox to prevent this.

We have been working with Rui and the InvoiceXpress team 5+ years now. The roll out of the new app was as painless as it could be. Took us a matter of 5 minutes and we were up and running. Rui and his team is always available to troubleshoot in the event that something goes amiss. Great app! Works perfectly for us (Portugal).
