This app was working fine and then stopped sending, these things happen. What is absolutely unacceptable is the complete lack of customer service, created a ticket; no acknowledgement, emailed "Customer success manager"; no acknowledgement, sent a stern msg to Twitter; no acknowledgement.
When you have a list of customers thinking you are ignoring their requests because your ticketing system is not sending responses and you can't get hold of support for love nor money it is time to pack it up.
