Really good concept, but bad execution. I have used Yakkyofy for about half a year now and processed +1000 orders already via Yakkyofy. Seems like Yakkyofy is perfect for smaller businesses, but not for ecommerce stores that want to go to the next level. Suppliers don't have products in stock, shipping costs are extremely high (9USD shipping for +/- 14 day delivery). Would not recommend. The customer service/account managers are really good though. Not their fault that the Yakkyofy system isn't that good.

Hi,
we are really sorry that you had a problem with our service, but you should consider that the price of a package is calculated on weight and volume and the volume of your product was over the standard.
Second, due to Covid, Chrismas peak, and Chinese New Year, there was an increase in the shipping price that now is solved.
Right now if you ship 100 gr products with Special Line in the US for example the price is a bit more than 4 dollars (depending on the exchange rate of the day).

So far this app has been easy to use. The videos are also helpful and the quick hints in setting up the products to upload on my Shopify website. UPDATE: Not a good fit for Amazon stores. Orders have not been shipped on the days I have expected. Although to give Yakkyofy credit, they do have a 3-5 business day turnaround as I was informed but would not be a good fit since Amazon also counts non-business days. When I tried to contact their customer support to inquire politely, the response was a bit condescending and unapologetic. Was first excited with the wallet feature that you then fund and orders are processed faster, but still won't work for our business model.

You find products with good prices, but the freight is very expensive, some are more expensive than the product.

Thanks for your review. The price of a product depends on its weight and volume, products really heavy or very big in dimension can be expensive to ship. Plus the shipping price change in time and this is the most expensive period of the year (the peak season between Black Friday and Christmas). You need also to add that, due to the Covid 19 outbreak, there is been a huge decrease in the number of flights that means less cargo space that means higher shipping costs.
