I HAVE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED WITH YAKKYOFY & THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The customer service with Yakkyofy has been fantastic. Their live chat support answered all my questions and continued talking with me at length until I had received all the answers I was looking for. Their system is easy to use and I'm looking forward to partnering with them as a fulfillment agency.
i still don't know how to use the app, plus i am new to drop shipping and everything here, so i would like more explanation.

Compared to other dropshipping apps, I find it very easy to work with yakkyofy. It's easy to find products and what's great is I can request the product quotation if I can't find the product on the app. price of the products are competitive and even cheaper.App is also easy to use. What I like most about yakkyofy is the faster shipping time and top-notch support. You can't go wrong with yakkyofy

This app works perfectly, when you receive an order you automatically find it on the yakkyofy website and you just need to pay for it to be processed, it makes the job much easier than having to import orders manually. You can also put money on your yakkyofy wallet to avoid having to pay manually and automating completely.

this is not what i expected ! I was waiting over 1 hour to look for product! after that, plus 1 hour to find shipping cost. And all this, with 30 items per month! no, thank you!
Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry that you were disappointed by our service, but waiting one hour for a new product quotation is not so bad in the end. Our product quotations are made by our Image Recognition Software and depending on the number of products in the queue, they can be immediate or take up to one hour, but still, they are pretty fast compared to fulfillment centers or agents. If you ask for a new product quotation to a sourcing company or to an agent you need to wait for days, not for one hour.
The best supplier with great support, which is important most. They are very fast with orders and I can source almost everything.

You find products with good prices, but the freight is very expensive, some are more expensive than the product.
Thanks for your review. The price of a product depends on its weight and volume, products really heavy or very big in dimension can be expensive to ship. Plus the shipping price change in time and this is the most expensive period of the year (the peak season between Black Friday and Christmas). You need also to add that, due to the Covid 19 outbreak, there is been a huge decrease in the number of flights that means less cargo space that means higher shipping costs.
