It shows invalid GTIN. When we scan barcodes it shows different products from other merchants. Not legitimate

Firstly, we are really sorry if you have any unhappy experience while using our app.
Regarding the issue you mentioned in your review, it seems that you had used our GTIN generator function, which will require to input your Country Code and GS1 Prefix before generating barcode.
So in this case that you scan barcode and it shows different products from other merchants, can you please check if you input your correct GS1 prefix?
We are completely confident that our app will generate the standard GTINs for Amazon and Google Shopping as long as the input data is correct.

I cannot find where to unsubscribe. They continued to charge me even though I had uninstalled the app. So frustrating!

Firstly, we are so sorry for any inconvenience you had :(
Regarding your request, we have checked into your case and see that you had uninstalled/unsubcribed the app on Dec 6th, 2023 but still got charged for the previous subscription renewal on Nov 25th, 2023.
For this case, we have checked with Shopify Team and it seems that the invoice was already generated prior the merchant uninstall the app (which was 12 days before you uninstalled the app), then the refund is not processed by Shopify.

Our app doesn't relate to the Shopify refund process and we won't totally charge any fee for for the next renewal subscription after you unsubcribe.

This app is a disappointment, when you want to print multiple labels at once it gives you consistently errors... reached out to support multiple times without success.. stay away
We have used this app for about a year, it breaks often and it is very difficult to get support. I have chatted in asking why our sticker template is not generating the data is supposed to and the support team has ghosted me and seems to be no longer responding. We need the product barcode to print on our labels and it for some reason is not able to do that.
This app does not allow you to add price on a product label and you can't print labels from your purchase orders. Useless app.
