Great APP. I really like the new improvements including the new user permission settings. This works very well with our retail stores. We use to have issues all the time with people changing the settings. Easy to use and highly recommend.

I was having trouble printing tags and I contacted Shopify probably 10x times to help with no avail... Finally I reach out to Yanet and Anita worked with me for 2 hours and resolved my issue. I would recommend these guys!!

The app is easy to use and has all of the functionality that my store needs. They also have outstanding customer service. Their support team is easy to reach and very responsive. Any assistance I have needed has been provided quickly. I would like to think Anita and the full Yanet team for my positive experience thus far. I hope to use your app for a long time.

Excellent service when I found a problem with the Template printing onto two labels 7 rows down. Tracy put the Development team to work and they fixed the problem in under 4 hours which then worked like clockwork. Great backup well worth investing in. Thank you Tracy and your Dev Team

Very unhappy with the Shopify's label printing options (my biggest complaint about Shopify POS), I've tried most of the label/barcode printing apps available to find the best fit for me. I've found this app to be the most customizable and functional. It's easy to use and allows me to get exactly the information I need on my price labels. Yanet's team, Anita specifically, was quick to answer any questions and provide help needed. Am I happy about having to pay for something that should be a standard feature of POS? No. Is that Yanet's fault? Absolutely not. They just saw a need and filled it.

I had an issue with the connection to my printer and wasted a stupid amount of label prints. Alex was able to help me get things situated so that I could get the labels I needed printed. It was a lot easier than I ever expected to get assistance.

Great app for printing barcodes, but I accidentally lost my label due to a startup error and ended up with a lot of free labels to print. Awesome app to use to print barcode.
