Yanet: Retail Barcode Labels

It looks like the custom solution they built for us is going to be very good. However, it took about two weeks to deliver and communication during that time wasn't great. I requested an update on progress and didn't get a response at one point, and then we weren't alerted when the new feature was live - we had to ask again to be told that it was already deployed.

It seems there were some emails from Yanet that we did not receive, and they are looking into the issue.

For our simple purposes, this app has worked out quite well for us. While it took a little while to set up the Zebra printer and get the templates figured out on our Mac, Yanet was very fast in their replies and helped get everything to work out just fine. We print 2 different sized labels regularly and it's been easy enough to switch back and forth between them each day. For the most part it has been issue-free, but when we had one of our templates randomly go wonky on us, they again were fast to reply to help fix it for us.

Just installed and seems to work as intended, printing out batches of barcode labels. Wish there was more detailed explainer for setting things up it but Anita from support was helpful.

This is a great app for making barcode / price labels. We needed something more robust and customizable than the simple but efffective Shopify Retail Barcode one and Yanet is perfect for us.
Anita in customer service chat was amazing with her patience, screen shots, andhelp, steering me to the correct path to get my labels to print exactly what I wanted and have our POS scanners and iPhones read them correctly. She even created a new template for us! What a help she is!! I wish she worked for me!.Thanks Anita!

The only reason it is not 5 Stars is because there are a few glitchy bugs in the simple template editor that I couldn't figure out. And the editor isn't as intuitive to use as it could be. But Anita saved me !!

Great experience, and I believe this product has a lot of potential. The only suggestion for a 5-star rating would be to add an option to select all items in a collection at once, rather than individually.

It has been a pleasant experience working with this app. There is a bit of a learning curve but customer assistance is always available via chat. I chatted with Anita and not only did she direct me on how to fix the problem, she made a suggestion for a future enhancement to help new users like me. She even credited my labels that misprinted back without me asking which is greatly appreciated.

Really great app. Able to customize the label easily. Wished that there was no limit to how many we could print though.

Was relatively easy to set up, had a few questions which alex sorted out right away. Recommend this app
