I was having a lot of printing issues, but the support staff was very helpful in getting the matter resolved. Thanks to Liam, I am now able to print again.

This app is something else after trying others, the flexibility and possibilities are amazing! Saves us a lot of time and the QR codes which f.ex can send customers directly to the product online is a huge advantage! I had a problem with the local rendering of pdf's, and Alex helped me out in a really professional way. It was not an easy issue to figure out but both the responsetime and insight was 10/10!
I can really recommend this app, and huge thanks to Alex.

Excellent service when I found a problem with the Template printing onto two labels 7 rows down. Tracy put the Development team to work and they fixed the problem in under 4 hours which then worked like clockwork. Great backup well worth investing in. Thank you Tracy and your Dev Team

The Barcode Generator app is simple, fast, and reliable. The interface is easy to use, and customization options are great for personalizing the barcodes.

What stood out the most was the excellent customer support from Alex.

Still finding our way w/ the app but so far so good and we've found support to be very responsive and helpful.

So far all have been amazing and patient with me as I migrate old system into Shopify POS. Liam and Tracy especially.
