Yanet: Retail Barcode Labels

Just starting out here under Shopify, but Yanet customer support has been amazing every step of the way.. Shout out to Liam for guiding me through the process.

The app is easy to use and has all of the functionality that my store needs. They also have outstanding customer service. Their support team is easy to reach and very responsive. Any assistance I have needed has been provided quickly. I would like to think Anita and the full Yanet team for my positive experience thus far. I hope to use your app for a long time.

so far so good i have just downloaded the app and it is going well the most amaxing thing is the support. Tracy,Alice and Alex you were all great.

I am still in the trial phase so lets see how this goes.

Liam, Anita and Alice at Yanet were most helpful when my labels were not printing properly and being wasted. They resolved the issue quickly and refunded my mis-printed labels.

So excited that you now have the ability to select row/column to print! That was worth the subscription!!

Have contacted Yanet a couple of times now to help with various things or ask for clarification, and have received excellent customer service every time. In particular both Alex and Tracy have been very helpful. The Yanet team put in the time and effort to ensure your labels are printing correctly, no mater how awkward or unusual the custom label template is that you need creating. Been a life saver as Shopify's own label printing options are pretty abysmal.

Great app, labels are printed nicely and comes out clean. Been using them for almost a year and everyone in our store loves that we have names for our overseas products. Without yanet, we’d be screwed

Great app for creating barcodes and pricing labels. Extremely robust and works with a lot of different label types. Good support thats responsive and helpful whenever needed.
