Yanet: Retail Barcode Labels

This app is something else after trying others, the flexibility and possibilities are amazing! Saves us a lot of time and the QR codes which f.ex can send customers directly to the product online is a huge advantage! I had a problem with the local rendering of pdf's, and Alex helped me out in a really professional way. It was not an easy issue to figure out but both the responsetime and insight was 10/10!

Creating a custom label template and getting it to work with the printer we already have was suprisingly easy. Liam was incredibly helpful in getting us set up for no charge. So far, so good!

Support was sublime. Alice was fantastic in recreating my old label without a moment's hesitation. Based on support alone, i would give it 6 stars if i could.

I'm still trying to learn the app/features, but I am happy with it so far!! When I've had to use the chat option for questions/help Liam has been great! Very knowledgeable! Customer service is fast and responsive! Once I get the hang of it, I think this app will be super beneficial!

Liam was very helpful in answering my questions and resolving my issue so my label displayed the information we needed. This was the first barcode label that has been able to display the information needed on a jewelry label.

You know when you try a new app and you're not sure how to navigate it, and you see a small chat widget if you need help and think: I'm on a free trial, no one will answer my questions correctly or the way i need, and i'll get some bot who will drag me in circles... well customer support here is AMAZING, it was immediate, they created my first template for me within 3 minutes, they were a real person, friendly and helpful, and it's enough to make me think these people are serious about making things work for their customers, and that means I trust them and want to use them. That's priceless in this day and age.
