I installed the App because it was built for Shopify and had a free plan. I had some questions about using the Barcode generator and EAN's in general and used the chat bot. Alice was totally on it and answered all my questions with great clarity and very quickly. She then walked me through the process of generating new barcodes, which was extremely easy to understand and carry out. A great little App that has been very useful, informative and above all easy to use and time efficient. Excellent A+++
Emma was quick to respond and helped me figure out what to do when I didn't know. It's always so helpful when youre sent photos on what to do/where to click rather than just written instructions. thanks!
So good. Some other shopify apps I have used print sheet labels without correct margins, rendering them useless. Yanet allows me to set the correct margins and padding and create the right template to print for whatever label sheet I have. Thank you!
