Love it! I can put in a number of categories & questions. Plus when I hit a snag, the support was quick and easy to understand. Highly recommend. Plus able to customise to suit my theme, so many options
The backend is inaccessible and no one has responded to the inquiries.
We love the ease of creating the FAQs and the look and feel of our pages. Their customer service is fantastic, very responsive and always there to help or fix our issues immediately. We highly recommend this app!

I was looking for a FAQ app that could work as a 'section' for my loyalty page. While it worked (FAQ appears as text only) it didn't keep to the template style I had wanted, but it works when it's on it's own FAQ page. There are lots of template choices for you to choose from and you can customise if you just want it on it's own FAQ page.
The customer service from Liam has been fantastic! and the response time was very quick! It's a shame the app wasn't suitable for what I needed, otherwise I would be keeping it.
The customer service staff was very patient and professional and solved my problem efficiently.

The app isn't opening, not here in the App store nor on my website. My FAQ page is now empty. What's happening and why are users not informed about technical problems?

my old FAQ app deleted all my FAQ's because they switched to a paid service. switched to this one and it's made my page look better. app is easy to use and customer service actually helps resolve your issues! thanks for free app!
