So far, its good. I love the response of the support team in the chat. Def helped quickly and answered all of my questions.

The app contains a lot of bugs. Customer service or devs were unable to fix the issue. I asked for an update and never received any response. Horrible service!

The application is very intuitive and easy to use. It is possible to create categories of questions and answers, organise them in a logical way and make them easily accessible for customers. It is also possible to customise the look and feel of the FAQ section to fit in with the design of the site.
Why is the app not working today? No one to even talk to? Someone talk to us, I put in a lot of hard work creating an FAQ Page and today can't access it.
The issue has been resolved now. They had a little hiccup. Thanks for resolving it as soon as you can.

After several attempts with many FAQs apps, I believe this is the one which I have been looking for. A great app and so easy to operate. I advise everybody to try it. But because I didn't need to ask for help from the developer, I cannot now rate their response and support. I hope it to be as good as the app itself. Ayman
Great app and great customer service. The app I was using before shut down their app and this one is just as good. My only complaint is that the dashboard is a bit laggy and not as easy to navigate through, could use more features but for a free app, it does what I need it to do.
I really like this app, they also have very helpful customer service. I recommend it. Yeah. Tho they could add a few more features for a better experience.
